This festival is an entity of Revealed Media and Photography founded by Kimberly MM Lyles, an event photographer, musician, and Gospel/CCM music lover, who desires to show the world that the true Christ centered church is often these days found outside the four walls and in the most unconventional ways.

Gospel on Main split from its original founder in 2018 in strength and in character. Gospel on Main was simply our subtitle and we not only wish to create peace and harmony but also we wish to keep creating festivals where local new and indie artists can share the stage with mainstream artists. We have since changed our name to GospelDowntown so as to diffrentiate our business from the other. Gospel on Main was not trademarked whatsoever but after not being on one accord, it was only best to update.

IndieMusicFestival presents GospelDowntown are excited about creating a sort of exchange of inspiration between mainstream artists and emerging artists and to also promote this interchange between them to garner even more exposure for all of these artists and effect them on all levels of exposure at the same time.

You will find our Indie Music Festival is different because it caters to audiences of all races and has increased business and community support and notoriety.
